Well this video is just cut up sections of the finishing pass. its normally about 40min per cylinder to cut intake exhaust and chamber. times that by 8 and your looking at almost 6 hours still. Not to mention the time it took to develop the original port, or the time they have in VJ'ing the head and milling/assembling the head.
