ok hooked the pressure gauge up and its at 55psi in run and during cranking it slowly drops so i checked the fuel pump relay, during cranking the fuel pump loses power. anyone seen this before
Running a single fuel pump or dual? Hotwire kit? Check the fuel pump relay, underhood fuse box next to A/C Compressor relay. Same relays so you can swap to check it works.

Check your crank sensor and oil pressure sensors. Helped a buddy of mine a couple of weeks ago with a motor swap on his ctsv and he had these connectors swapped and had the same type of problems. Good luck hope this helps

my crank and oil sensors are 2 totally differnt shaped plugs but i did check to make sure map and cam plugs werent swapped. injectors open and coils fire but its still not starting, im in process of pulling front cover to make sure timing marks are lined properly

runs like a champ now its been raining past 2 days so only 20 miles on the new motor took it to walmart and back but lots of compliments there. gonna try and get another 30-40 miles in do another oil change and hopefully rain lets up soon so i can finish break in and enjoy it
