Default Stroker motor, who has what?

I'm curious to know what people typically have if they have built a stroker. Ours is currently a 408 but will shortly stretch out a little more.

.250 stoked and .030 for a total of 489. Oh wait, that's a BBC for those of you thinking that's not right for a LS.

383 built myself, but HKE did all the machining and balancing. Wanted a 402/416, but the LS2/LS3 block was more expensive. Picked up an LS6 short block, sold the pistons, rods and crank for what I paid for it. So, block for free!

Used the following:SCAT 4" crank was $760, SCAT H-beam rods $400, Mahle piston $550. EPS cam $400.

Our 408 broke a ring so it is now a 416ci with trick flow 235 heads and ls3 pistons.
