San Antonio shops for sale/rent/lease

Looking for a shop I might be able to use. I have about 6 vehicles and work a lot on them. No room at the house and no garage. :/
Would like it to be NW/ 1604. Around culebra, bandera, Babcock.

I'm a shop foreman for a drilling rig service company. I've been a mechanic for about 6yrs. Still looking for a job in the area.
