yep a batch plant is different from a refinery for sure. In a batch Plant you have days where your running around not stop busting your ***(most of the days lol). And you may get lucky to where one day the batches you are running are cake.

I work at Prsi or as most know it "crown". I have an interview at Chevron Philips next week. Plenty of places are hiring,if you can make due with starting pay. Look at indeed.com

I have a few connects at chevron and I have put in an app quiet a few times.. they will only hire with a degree around here. Hell I have a friend with absolutely no experience in a plant just got his degree and chevron picked him up last month. I never get a call or email or anything from them.

I work at Chevron in Baytown and we have been hiring at least two times a year for awhile now. I was going to go work at Enterprise recently but the 4:30 relief scared me off, lol.

Damn Larry, that's a nice top out rate. I always heard it was a good place to work. We actually had a guy just quit to go to enterprise in TC? Didn't even know there was one around here. And quit crying about Dixie, haha.

Yeah I always thought they were just a small local plant, but their everywhere! Hahaha I figured you'd chime in on Dixie I'm glad I worked their makes me appreciate where I'm at now!!

It's at 5 but some ppl come in early
