Been wanting to go but had issues with a turbo truck I was building but want to go this year. IMO I hear it's well worth it.

I don't like spectating so I wouldn't go without a car. If you enjoy watching everyone else have fun then come on out.

I can tell you this there are so many cops around from people being idiots that the street scene just isnt what it was like back in the day when it was smaller.. Its just gotten out of hand.. But, there isnt anything like it in this world. Baddest street cars in one city and hot bitches everywhere.. Its kinda like Mardi Gras... You gotta do it atleast once! If your gonna run on the street be prepared to get caught... They will be throwing the book down hard to make an example early on.. But the track event has gotten better...

I am going to make it my goal to get my s10 v8 swap done by then. Won't be racing but will want to have something to cruise around in that's fun.

too many people show up now in comparison to 08 days where it was manageable to see everything and control everything

I miss my 6.0 sonoma that truck was a money maker in the winter when cash is tight. You'll love yours.

I went as a spectator last year and had fun. I also was helping with filming for 1320video so that was an added fun bonus. Trying to wrap up my build for it this year. Hoping to make 1000 to the ground and that will hopefully let me hold my own with the "slow cars" LOL. Gonna take 1300+ to really hang this year...

My 2700 pound mustang with the 6 liter is a blast, the s10 is getting a 4.8 with a small cam. Just a fun cruiser with a 6 speed.
