IF headed North on 75 from Dallas, exit Campbell, turn left under 75 and the station is on your right... As long as you don't have a CEL code either showing or stored, you should be good to go.

AFAIK, the car needs to be inspected in the county it is registered in. Especially if you have it registered in a county where emissions/OBD 2 tests are performed for vehicles younger than 25 years.
