Manufacturing Engineer. I handle capital projects on the local level for a mining equipment company. Best job I have had in my career. Spent 18+ years in the HVAC manufacturing industry a sheet metal and tooling engineer...

Pipeline, oil & gas Right-of-Way and easement acquisition agent. Independent contractor with primary client being the "Big Gorilla" in the business. I've been fortunate to have continuing projects in this energy downturn. Looks like a good year coming up... I also have a portfolio of rental houses that keep me busy on the side. It's one leg of my 3-legged retirement plan.

Manufacturing/Production Supervisor for an oilfield equipment manufacturer. We make centrifugal pumps/skid mounted packages mostly but are in the midst of transitioning over to manufacturing a few valve product lines.

i own a custom auto shop, body shop, and as of last year moved into nutraceuticals for huge residual income. running an international company from an app on my phone makes it interesting.
