Oil and Gas System Controller

I work as a Gas controller for Enbridge. We monitor pipelines, cryogenic processing plants, wells, etc. its a 24/7 operation so I work Shift work.

I've never eaten there but I'm sure it's similar. I've been to others like La Marea, El Pulpo, etc. Similar food but each with their own style/taste.
