I was curious as to how many of you guys on this forum work in commercial retail construction. What do you specialize in? How is business? etc etc...

 

I'm not into commercial yet, but most likely will be someday. I am a home builder. And around Texas period, business is great. What do you do?

 

I work for a GC in Houston and we specialize in tenant finish out and ground up retail construction. Fortunately, business has started to pick up lately and we are starting to get more opportunities to bid on new projects but I am always looking for new avenues to get in with new clients.
