I need to pick up a pair of skates and a few sticks. Academy doesn't seem to carry much anymore. A few years ago I stopped there and picked up 10 pairs of skates and 12 sticks for a weekend get together...now I have to order everything it seems. I'm looking for some alkali or mission skates for myself, but don't know where to look.

 

Not positive, but I would start my search at either Dicks sporting goods or Sun & Ski if you have one around there.

 

I tried dicks sporting goods, they didn't have anything. I think I found a place in new Braunfels though. Gonna check it out if I get a trip that way.

 

try local skating rinks, some sell upgraded skates. Well, they used to anyway if they don't now.

 

what size foot? I've got some pretty old missions from when i used to play. Theyre vr proto or seomthing, it's been a while. Stil lstaggered wheels and abec 5's i think.

 

I think we need a size 9 skate for this last player. I ordered some "good" skates online, now I just need some cheaper ones for the guys that don't play much.
