Default Come help me build my rear! I got beer!

Anyone here build their rear end before? Just doing new bearings all the way around, I got beer and I’ll feed you, located in kyle!!

If your only doing bearings is pretty simple. Make sure you use the same bearing manufacturer, like Timken. Keep track of the shims and what side they come from. Make sure the bearings caps go back on the correct side and that the notch is pointing out. Take a picture of the diff before you start. Buy two crush sleeves just in case you *** one up.Make sure you put the pinion shim back on. Its really just paying attention.

I would start out doing lunges, then front squats with the Smith Machine, finish the workout with some Hack Squats and your rear end should be built quite nicely!
