Default Flex fuel in fbody?

I have been searching and searching but haven't found what I'm looking for. I want to put the ta on e85 for track use ect. but my comute back and forth from college on the weekends has no e85 stations in between. Right now on 93 I use according to my fuel gauge 3/4 a tank of fuel. Dont think i would be able to get away with e85. So I am curious as to if anyone might now how to get the pcm to accept the sensor and retain all the other functions of the car or know of a shop that can do it. I read the p59 pcm is good to use but I'm not sure of myself doing it and did not find an exact answer in the other threads to if after the swap everything was able to work.

That's the thread I read. I didn't see it mentioned any where how to do it exactly and keep everything working. Just a few I have done it but don't ask.

This is why I would want the flex fuel set up San Marcos to Baytown. I don't think I could make it on the in between on i10 on just e85 since I use 3/4 a tank on 93
