Hey y'all! its been a minute since I've been on this forum but i decided id come back to get some info and insight since I just moved to the area.

Just moved from northern Cali to the north Houston area, cypress to be exact. Haven't exactly found or met anyone with any knowledge of any good reputable LS shops or person in general.
I know Houston is HUUUUGE, and i know there's shops everywhere, but.... finding a reputable well-known shop or person is another thing

Currently working on my 79 mustang notchback. going with a ls2/4l80. Currently in the process of ordering the Holley terminator max set up. Within the next couple of weeks I'm hoping to drop the motor and trans in, and after that i will be looking for someone who could install the Holley system completely to be able to start up the car.

Any suggestions?????

Bad Chad performance is good at doing work. Out in the Huffman area.

Cesar at Horsepower Factory is a good tuner and they have also been putting together some good pieces lately.

HPC where Greg good is at is also a good place to check.

Another good tuner is Pat G out in Victoria its just a list you have to get on because he is extremely busy.

I wish we had more events on the north side that involve 80’s -00’s cars. I try to go to as many events as possible but not many fox body’s and 4th gens.

Cars and cocktails is a good time. As the name implies we're there to eat, drink, and bullshit. Cool stuff to look at. Imports, domestics, show cars, trucks, rat rods, classics, exotics, etc. Good mix with good folks IMO.
