Question Where to buy a clutch alignment tool

Where can I buy a clutch alignment tool locally for these cars? Or does anybody on the west side of town have one I can borrow?

Turns out autozone had one. Once again the trick was to tell them it was a 98'. Their little computers tell them that 99-02 are different from 98 and they never have them. I picked up the t56 setup today. Guess i'm gonna put it in tomorrow.

Just about any parts store has them. I picked one up at OReilly's for like $6.00. It is a 26 spline

Funny,

The Oreally's store here in Ames, Iowa told me that they can't get a 26 spline alignment tool... I even took in the old clutch disk and a pilot bearing in an effort to reduce hassle and confusion.

Time for a socket, socket extension and duct tape for me...

Red face

Just called Oreally's to see if they could get a clutch alignment tool for a 1998 Trans Am...

Sho nuff, they could.
