C'mon guys, what is with you? Im getting so sick of those who post these rediculous, insulting, sarcastic replies on my threads that have nothing to do with the topic. Yall seriously act like a bunch of kids. Those who are annoyed by me or my posts, why waste the time on reading my threads, muchless posting? Why, because you guys are immature and just love to give me crap! I dont see why you cant be of some help rather than putting your opinion about me or my parts. Please, please stay on topic and keep your opinions to yourself. It drives me up the wall when you do this and you know it does because that is one of the reasons you do it. I cant post anything in this section without getting hammered. A member here on the board posted something about me, so I PMed him, asked him nicely to stop with the comments and to remove his post, well...that didnt work out, even though in my eyes I thought I handled it maturely, he went and put yet another reply on my thread. Seriously guy, you are acting like a bunch of kids. I know already what you think of me and my parts threads, but you dont have to remind me thread after thread. I have been posting a lot lately, mainly looking for cams and whatnot, but I have been pretty calm around here yet, when I start posting, here comes all the guys who like to start crap. I made my last parts thread here in this section, well at least for the stock ones, and I havent been bringing them up to the top every couple of days like I used to. I havnet caused any trouble here, yet there are those out there who wanna start up more BS. I feel like I cant get any help in this section beause all everyone wants to do is put their opinion about me or my parts. If you have something to say, why not just PM me rather than trying to humiliate me publicly? It seems when I was doing wrong, all the moderators, administrators, etc. noticed and were taking action, but now that others are causing trouble, no one does anything about it. I thought that we burried this issue/problem a while back, but it seems some of you still have issues? Why the grudge? Why cant you just grow up a little and move on? All I ask is that the insulting, sarcastic, off the topic replies come to a stop. I think weve covered enough of what you think about me, so theres no need for reminding. Please, lets just stay on topic, otherwise dont even post on my threads. Your opinions, judgements, etc. are of no help to me and are just frustrating. Lastly, why am I making this public, because Im not going to take the time to write everyone this message, plus all the moderators and administrators. I want everyone to be aware of this situation and hopefully it will be taken care of.

Exactly what I was thinking. I just dont see why everyone cant get along. Why people cant just grow up. This is a forum board, not a freakin' soap opra. I just wish that when I ask for help, that I would get help. Or if Im looking to buy something, that I get only replies that deal with what Im looking for. (specifically stating that they have one or know where I can find one) If Im selling something, only those who are interested in buying them would post. I just cant see why this has to go on. I havent been causing any trouble around here, yet there are those who wanna start this all up again. So if you havent noticed, Im not the problem. Believe me BigBronco, Im tired of this too!

All you have to do is do a little research man and you can answer 90% of your own questions. Also, just look through the for sale section and bring your prices down to what people are selling stock parts for. Example: Stock K-member for $150, give me a ****** break, some people give these away man, same with the stock cam, people GIVE stock parts away all the time. I'm not saying give your parts away but you really really need to drop the prices.

 

I can't say I don't give you ****, but I don't do it in this section. And even when I do reply to your threads(which isn't often) I usually always give you an honest reply to your thread topic as well. Sometimes you just beat a dead horse in the internal/external section, and I can understand when you want definitive answers. Some topics just don't have definitive answers, and thats why people flame you. Like asking about ASP pullies VS March pullies, thats been beatin to death.

Nobody wants you to stop posting up and asking questions. Thats why LS1Tech is so great. Sometimes people just wish you would go the extra step and try and form your own opinions/make up your mind sometimes w/o asking others to do so for you, which is how you often come across in many of your posts.

Please don't take this as a flame. This is a mature response to your thread, as I've been watching you post for a while now. Thats my take on the whole deal, and I just thought you'd like some input w/o name calling or ranting involved

 

ATXCAMAROGUY, I totally understand where youre coming from. But I dont need to be reminded so often in my threads. I just hate when people put their opinions as you did in my parts thread. I personally dont like repiles like that in there because I feel that it may hurt my sales. I doubt anyone notices, but I do sell my parts, slowly but surely. I dont mind waiting it out and getting what I want for my parts, that is why I do it. My list is getting smaller and smaller and just that much closer that I dont have to post them anymore. I understand everyone's view on my parts thread and basically everyone says the same thing, but theres no reason to repeat it over and over and over again. If you feel that you need to give me advice again, just PM me that way I dont have it on my threads. Would you want stuff like that in your for sale section? I think not. Lets say you had something on Ebay and questions that are asked to the buyer are posted with the actual listing, and someone you know came across it and posted, hey so and so, youre asking way too much for that, you must be out of your mind, etc. etc. Do you think thats going to help your sale any? Nope.

cyphur_trac, yes you do give me crap, but you also give me good advice and that is something that I do appreciate. There are lots out there, mainly in this section, who only give me crap and dont help. That is what bothers me. I understand I ask a lot of questions, theres no doubt in my mind, but I do it because I wanna be 100% sure on my decisions and make the right choice. I just dont wanna make any mistakes or waste my time and money when I can spend a little extra time, ask a little more questions, etc. and prevent myself from making a mistake, wasting money, or installing the wrong part. I love LS1Tech and I dont know what Id do without it. Who knows where my car would be or what kind of parts I would have on it. I ask everyones opinion on parts because rather than me wasting time and money trying them all out, I go by what others have tried and experienced. If I were to try out 1 part, then I only have experience and input on 1 part. But if 10 people try out 10 different parts, then I have feedback on all of them. That way I can base my opinion or decision on what worked the best. That is why I try to get as much info as possible. So as it does seem, I do make decisions based on people's experience. I am not taking your reply as a flame, I thought it was well worded and very mature. I know you give me crap, but you know when to be serious. A lot of people dont. By the way, I never asked anything about ASP and March. Ive had my ASP for quite a long time now.

A kind word of advice...Try to limit your posts to a small paragraph if possible. Although you appear to be able to type 200+ words a minute, most of us here get too impatient trying to wade through the fat and get to the meat of the question(s).

Less is more. Fewer words will get you more answers...and nicer replies.

Again, brief questions, brief replies. Write novels and expect to get more flames and fewer constructive replies.

 

Another word of advice, you won't ever see 90% of the people that post here so don't stress so much about other people's opinions of you.

If you are happy with yourself, that's all that should really matter as long as you aren't happy when you do stupid stuff like cut up people with chain saws.

I am the one Jeremy is taking about he PM'd me about taking my post out of "HIS" thread. I tell you I am so sick of your chicken **** posts I used to give you good solid advice, but I am done with that! You need consolidate your post. You posted a question about all the part you would need for a certain cam shaft and then asked the same question individually? BULLSHIT! I look down you have four or five post on the first page alone. Try asking for all the parts in one post you think your **** is any more important that anyone elses? You must because by doing that you possibly move another persons post to the second page where it may be missed or get less views! I am just tired of you not makeing a decision on your own, and you call your self a racer? I call you a coppy cat cause that is all you know how to do. You don't do anything on your own or with your own knowledge and you obviously don't learn. And where would your car be if you hadn't listen to everyone else's advice? The same place it is now! Jeremy, its a public forum. Its obvious that you have a large anti-fan club here. My suggestion: sell your stuff on ebay at no reserve and get that stuff sold for once.

If you can't sell things for going on 6 months, 1. your prices are too high, or 2. nobody wants that stuff. Give it a rest. It just gets annoying to everyone when they see the same stuff over and over.

I have not been bringing my thread to the top every couple of days. I made my final thread in which had to be ruined by those who start crap. Things have been calm around here, but when I post, here comes all the damn drama. Its always the same people too. Why arent you or any of the other moderators getting upset about it? Why do I always have to be the bad guy? I dont see why you or anyone else gets so frustrated with my posts or my parts thread. If you arent interested in stock parts, then dont even take the time to view the thread. Ya'll complain about tired of seeing it, then dont look at it. Just ignore it. Those who are interested or need stock parts will look. None of you know, but my parts DO sell. Yeah just because all of them arent gone, doesnt mean that I dont sell them. My parts sell, not often, but when they do, I get what I ask for them. That is why I continue to keep them posted. So why dont you and whoever else is tired of seeing it give it a rest and stop viewing it. Save yourself the grief! If it werent for guys that continuously post smart *** replies, then there wouldnt be threads like this one. Do you think I like taking the time to make them, no?
