need motor

i need some motor work done. i am leaving on the 17th to go to washington state for my next duty station. i blew a head gasket, locked a piston, and broke a rod. need to know the easiest and cheapest way to fix it fast. PLEASE HELP.

Buy a new/used short block. Then get someone to do a motor swap would be the easiest, good luck hope it comes together for you.

We are doing an extra all forged 347 shortblock right now for store stock if you need it fast as we already have had another one that hydrolocked that we are doing. If you want you can call Chuck about it tommorrow if you can't find anything else.

I have a bone stock motor, throttle body to oil pan, sitting on my shop floor.

It has 70K miles on it and was using oil. It needs to be reworked.

I'll let it go for $750

Well if I were you I would talk to a couple of people there is chris at speeddemon, HPE, and ICON. There all good shops and all would be people that I would let work on my car, so if you want it done get ahold of one of them and see what they have.

good luck bro hope you can get it done, I went thru 2 motors so I know what it is like and it sucks but it happens, so get another one and catch up with me LOL

Is the block okay? I though Angus offered up his stock crank and pistons at some point. Can't you just refurbish the existing block to keep the numbers matching?
