It's not a fish you want to eat. The guy that goes fishing with my client & I when we take his big yacht out has been fishing almost all his life & almost has enough time in to be a captain. We reeled in one of those & he told us not to touch it, it has bacteria or something on it that can make you sick. Please be careful when taking them off your line.

My dad has his captains license and does guide fishing offshore and in the bays,he says just like some of the other guys it is a dog fish. It hangs around oysters and cracks the shells open and eats them. Also it is not good for eating.
