You have a lot of work ahead of you, but thats what makes it fun, just don't give up on it halfway through and want to sell it like most people do....What part of Friendswood do you live in, I'd like to check it out one day....

Zach, it looks like your doing all of your sheetmetal work yourself, Im looking for someone to help repair my drivers side rocker panel. It's rusting out right below the corner of the door. What do you suggest?

If its just a short section then you can bend a piece of metal to fit the contour of the rocker and cut out the rusted part and weld in a new piece. Where are you located in Houston? i could help ya if you want

Hey guys i need some help. I have all the sheetmetal clamped in place and some of it tacked down, but i was wondering if i could get a second opinion from some of you guys to make sure i have it right. The main thing is the it seems like the drivers side quarter sits an 8th or a 1/4 inch further back then the passenger side, but it lines up with the rocker fine. If your interested in taking a look at the car I greatly appreciate it i'm ready to get this thing back on the road the right way.
Thanks,
Zach

Hey Zach!
I also have a 68 camaro that I'm working on. If you need to take some measurements I live in the Deer Park area or maybe I can swing by tomorrow afternoon. Let me know.

Took the springs and shocks out, welded the shocks up and bolted them back in so it would sit low again Now to do something about those leaf springs. hrmmmm
