My Best friend lives in the same apartments as Dans EX and happened to be awake when all this happened. 1st she heard screaming and then 1 gun shot. ONLY 1 GUN SHOT! The way the reporter states would have been 2 shots. She told me their was screaming at 1:08am and the shot went off at 1:10. From reading the news, theirs no way he tried to shoot her. I couldnt picture Dan harming anyone. 
Only way i could understand her injury by a bullet would be because its stray. I hope she is Ok though!

Hello my name is Will Schaule, Dan Carlson was the best man in my wedding and the Godfather to my 5 day old baby boy this has been very hard to deal with the loss of my best friend... I am glad to see the support coming from LS1TECH.COM Me an my wife loved Dan for so many reasons he helped us out when we really needed it... I just wish he would have let me do the same for him.... Dan if they have laptops up there I love you and miss you more than anything.... we will ride together again.... I LOVE YOU
