Thank you HPE again.. This was a true test of how cool all the guys at HPE are. I bent a rod in my car again..... This time though, I didn't have the money to just drop the car off with HPE, you know beginning of the semster is always hard. So I have to change the rod myself. Well, even though I havn't dropped a dime in the shop, Josh had no problem with taking a few minutes to answer some questions I had. Then after getting the push rod out, they hooked me up on parts so that I could get the car back together and running that day. I don't care who you are thats just good customer service. Again a big thanks to Josh, Steve, Chuck and the rest of the guys at HPE.
