Just trying to see if anyone is selling a beater car that is reliable enough to still be a daily driver?

yeah, that is cheap for a 2002 Formula, unless it truly is a 'beater' lol.

By 1997 the Geo Metros have a 1.3 liter 4-cylinder option, 70 HP instead of 55! Big step up

And yipes, the older 1.0L 3-cyl with 49 HP is rated at 58 MPG

I am selling my Formula for so cheap because I recently purchased a new car (04 GTO) and just need to move it.

It was daily driven since Sept 01, and has 76K on the clock. The actual motor has ~12K and was assembled by RPM back in July. A few months back it started acting up on me and I gave up and decided to return it back to stock and sell it. I just need to keep out of the racing for a while. I never thought I would be getting rid of this car, but times have changed and I need to put my priorities into other things (wife and I getting a house). The car is in good shape and has only 2 total door dings on it. It has the usualy rock chips on the front that most 76K mile cars have. The tires have less than 500 miles, and I had a WS6 cat back with a cut out welded on last weekend.
