Dyno tune????

Dyno tune???? So what all can be changed on a dyno tune? The reason for asking is because I had a SES code that was popping up (not vallid) and i had a tune but the SES is still there. Shouldn't the shop have asked me if I saw the code or have checked if the code was valid and if it wasn't shouldn't they have deleted it?

HPE will get it right. Chuck is very thorough with his tunes. The dyno tune should get A/F ratio right and line out the common drivability issues that come with the mods you have. Don't be afraid to ask questions and offer info that might be valuable to the tuner. Custom tuning can cover a lot of bases. Good luck!

Best way to get your issue taken care of is to let the tuner know there is a issue with your car displaying codes. I'm sure HPE will take car of any issues you have.

I'm sure they will to. I am not bashing them in any sort of way it's just that I feel that my car was rushed and cause they all wanted to go to the races this past weekend. when I went to pick up my car there was just two guys there that couldn't answer any of my questions cause they had nothing to do with the work that was done on my car. I will give them a call today

well I talked with Chuck at HPE today and he gave me all the answers to all my questions. He is even giving me a free dyno on the dyno jet so I can see what kind of gains I got from the last time I dynoed on the dyno jet. He assured me that the mustang dyno show much lower numbers. Thanks Chuck for your help.
