Default hello texans.....
hey guys whats up...im 20 years old and from teh burgh...pittsburgh that is...and im 90% sure i am moving to Houston with my gf in november....mabye in june....but i just wanted to see how many of u guys live in the houston area or if u guys have a local board for car chating for local houston ppl....up here in pittsburgh we have a local board called www.pittspeed.com

i was just wanting to see what its like and maybe get to know a couple of ppl before i move down there and have no friends while the gf goes to school....

Houston here.
There is a local board, but it tends to be rather vacant with not much traffic.

Most of us hang around here or at www.camaroz28.com.

Moving to Houston with your girlfriend huh...lol. Texas has alot of hot girls and some drive f-body's...lol.

ya i got some pics...but it just got hit like a month ago...and havent had time to fix the dent on teh driver side quarter panel

thanks guys..im already on camaroz28.com....im LT1greenZ there!!! thanks for the welcome...my girl loves cars...but shes a mustang fan....soo i get a kick out of beating them when shes in teh car!!!!

that first pic is from the flashlight drags...where we shut down an airport for the nite...and street race down the runway!!!! its fun....street racing with out the cops....its a run what u brung kinda deal

No shutting down an airport here. We just use the street named Rankin Rd. The cops come, we leave. Next weekend we show right back up.

sweet...i heard about that road before!!! the body will get fixed soon...then im doing the tranny...and refreshing the motor before i move down!!!!


soo do u guys in Houston meet up a lot??? have a spot besides rankin road that u guys chill at??? just trying to get an idea b/c ill have no family there and no friends...thnaks guys

well heres the thing....gf is prob. going to be going to sam houston and ill be living with her granparents until i find my own place!! here grandparents live here now...and soo does here mom and dad.....they are moving back to texas(where they are all from) and they asked if id go with them and offered me to stay there and all of this other stuff....which is cool....and i already have a job lined up if the move there!!!

but idk what part yet...that will prob. be determined in a couple of weeks!!! and i dont mind haging with older ppl....or ppl my age....just some ppl up here my age act like they are 6...

hahah ya...but i like heat!!! i love summer..i do ski soo snow doesnt bother me...well yes it does...cause i plow...and hate going out in the middle of the night to do that!!!!!


edit....i cant remeber the last time it snowed in april
