u can burn the 02's. When the fresh air hits the O2's it will thing u are running lean. It will add fuel and your MPG will go to hell.

i dont know. It could go in a day and it could go in a mouth. the reason the burn is not the fresh air it is the raw fuel that hits them.

dont know if it's true but i've always been told if you dont have enough backpressure you will **** your valves up from the backfiring. I doubt it would **** it up in a week though. I'm sure the lt1 will sound good though. I started my ls1 straight headers when i first put them on. It sounded like ***. My big block sounds way better, and louder.

it would be much better if you could get about a foot and a half of straight 3" tubing to slap on while you wait.

O on the vavle part. It is not the back presure or anything like that. The vavles are at 500-600f easy. When cold air hits the hot vavles after u turn the car off it can crack the vavle.

Just be loud, being a 94 you only have two heated Oxygen sensors before the cat, nothing after the cat like a 96+ OBDII car would, how ever being 94 they are prolly crapped any way from age. The fesh air wont kill them and it wont hurt any thing, just be noisy.

if you go by a muffler shop, just get them to give you like 2 pieces of 18" scrap 3" pipe and put them on the collectors. this should keep your O2's safer.
