best shop to take this problem to(houston) well im sick of waiting for my mechanic to recover from his surgery, so where should i take my SES light problem to?

ill deffinitely give him a call, heard nothing but good news from those guys....
its reading as a cylinder 7 misfire....compression on cylinder 7 is at 105 PSI, all other cylinders read normal..
