Need some help with Best Buy

Need some help with Best Buy I purchased my Sprint phone from Best Buy last year. For the last 3 days it has not been able to charge up or hold a charge and it turns itself off all the time. I had bought the Service Agreement on it from Best Buy. So I took it back yesterday and they told me that Best Buy will no longer return cell phones per their corporate office. I was told to call the 1-888# and they would send me another phone.
Im just trying to see if this is correct. Just 6 months ago I had a friend return his phone with no problems. He walked in gave them his broken phone and picked out a new phone.

That new policy just started. All you have to do is call and you will get taken care of just like you would in the store. You will get the same results just takes alittle longer.
If it is less then 1 year you can also take it to Sprint Store and they should replace it. But you will have to wait in a 2 hour F***ING LINE because the people that run spring stores are HELL BOUND C**K F***S.

Don't get me started on Sprint Customer Service ... over all I like sprint unless something is wrong ... 
and the Sprint stores are run by monkeys, except monkeys are cute, friendly, and know what the f**k they are doing.
If you don't want to mail your phone anywhere try the Sprint Waiting Room to Hell option. My brother had his phone replace 2 times there under warranty.

I hate to say it but as far a coverage / avilability / dropped calls ... I have never had a big problem with Sprint. I know people with Verizon and their phone doesn't work many times when my P.O.S Sprint phone does.
A few years back I was on buisness in Pennsylvania, my friend couldn't get AT&T analog or digital, I still had coverage.
And I am willing to bet the other cellular companies don't have any better customer service.

I get great coverage and service for the most part from Sprint. My phone has been through a lot lately and it finally gave up.
I bought my phone and the service plan from Best Buy for the ease of returning it if I did have a problem. I will know better in the future and not buy any further agreements through Best Buy.

Honey I have been telling you that your phone sucks. Now it really sucks, LOL just kidding.
Hope you can get it fixed, seems like you have many options open to do what you need to with the phone, if it was me I would go to sprint and see what they say, cause best buy will ship you one, that means sometime next week you will get it.
