The Drivers Edge Have any of you participated in any of their events? The wife wanted to send me off to a Formula1 type racing school for my birthday but I decided the cost is just too much. I would rather put the cash towards a turbo. I figured a couple of days at Texas World Speedway should satisfy me.

The Driver's Edge looks to be behind a lot of events out at TWS and I believe they were the ones behind the TX2K5 Supra Nationals for the TWS event.
I had a great time at TWS and thought that the day went smoothly IMO. I will go to another track event in the future and most likely using DE.

I agree ... MSR is the best place to begin.
It's wide open, the track is wide and you can see very well.
At TWS, there are a couple turns that can get you into trouble and make for a really bad day.
But, of the 2, TWS is by far the fastest ...

Thanks everybody I'll see about signing up soon for the late summer events. TWS is so much closer and I have been there before at other events but have not driven.
mitchntx - it is my understanding that you have Bilstein HD's. What springs are you using ? I am going to get a 35mm front swaybar soon to help this plowmaster out.

Going up to a bigger bar in front will make it plow worse.
You need to either get stiffer rear springs or a bigger rear bar.
If you chose TWS ... T2 and T7 will reach out and bite your *** ... be careful ...
