I don't know if they still do it, but you could always check out clear lake speedcenter on bay area. they use to do re-fills.

Clear Lake speed will ALWAY empty your bottle, they charge more & are pretty **** about bottles & ****. Take your bottle to G-Force, they are my bottle filler of choice. They have good rates & it's always fun to hang out with the guys over there. I need to get my car back together so I can start emptying them again, it's been too long since I've been on the juice!

Although, the first time I had it filled, Clear Lake Speed was the only place close that was opened.....I got medical grade N2O....if only I would have known it before I drove most of the bottle out. No sulfur addative
