Default Men of the Faith?

This might not really be the place for such a post, but I've contemplated posting this for a while, and finally decided to just do it. I've been wondering if theres any men around Houston that are church going fellows who like to discuss the word of God. Maybe a once a week mens group, just to have a small dinner, and discuss the word. I'm not a new beliver or anything, just an old one that has rediscovered faith in God and mankind. I know that this is a car board, and I think that it would make it even cooler if your brothers in faith also drove cars of the same type.

I don't mean to step on anyone's toes with this post, I just threw it out there as an offer to a group of guys that might have the same interests. Thats all!

If there is a few out there, maybe we can get something going!

I'm interested. I dont have much time right now though, This week I'm working 88 hours. How about putting together an e-mail list? At least those interested who could not attend that week would be up to date on the discussion.

It's a great idea, depending on when you decide to do it, I'd attend. I'm fairly busy lately; I am pushing myself to complete my Bachelors degree in September and I want to get my CPIM certification this year . If I can attend I will though....

Man, checkin this post just made my morning. Thanks guys! Yeah, I don't know how to set somthing like this up, but I thought that maybe a small group at an IHOP or Dennys or somthing would be pretty neat. Maybe once every other week, or whathaveyou.

I'll think about it at work today and figure somthing out.

Sounds like a good plane. I would like to attend but it depends on the time and location because of work and gas. Great idea though. Nothing like a little bible thumping. (I'm Baptists)

I'd love to attend as well. I am about 100 miles away, which may prevent me from attending. Maybe some weekend get togethers from time to time?

Do you use the huge family bible that you find most regularly on coffee tables? (old bible school joke)
