BTW its po-po (as in po-leese) not poe-poe as in edgar allen poe LOL, not tryin got be a dick, just want you to have the right slang LOL

While it does not say "a police officer can arrest for no reason..." under Tex. Code Crim. Proc. art. 14.03 (2004), common sense would tell you that it would not be too difficult to arrest somebody for no reason at all then claim that the supposed reason was one listed within...

My bad . I didnt spell Po-Po correctly. I made this thread after writing a paper for class that took around 14hours in 2 days to write, i really wasnt and am still not completely there.

no prob bro, i have a a damn AS degree and cant spell for sh*t, i guess i am used to small town livin and small town cops, i am lucky to live in in a area where ticket writing is discouraged and the only ones u really worry about are teh DPS guys, just cant see someone arresting someone for -no- reason, you just can not do it, you can make up a reason, but you cant book someone in for "nothing".
