Default Dallas dealership (or independent shop?) who can fix a T-Top water leak?

Well, after 123K miles and 6 years, I finally got a T-Top water leak. Somewhere near the T-Top B pillar junction, I pulled the interior B pillar off and can't locate it.

Does anyone have personal experience with a Dealer service department that can actually fix such things? Independent shop would be fine too if they have successfully done this before.

Anyone?

I may have fixed it with a bead of RTV silicone along the weatherstripping - in an attempt to direct the water into the drain hole. But I can't figure out what goes on under the plastic roof piece between the T-Tops and the hatch back, and I'm not about to try and take that off to see.
