I doubt the warranty would cover this. Once they get it apart, there will most likely be signs of abuse (bent forks or the like). I guess it depends on how friendly he gets with the Service Manager.

Man we cover ANYTHING under the 3/36/. Now if its extended warranty it will up to them and what the adjuster says.

You might watch out for that. Because if you don't have solid proof that it was him that screwed your tranny up, and you just randomly take money out of his paycheck to fix your car, I would think he could take you to court over that, but who knows. Good luck with everything

I borrowed my bosses Z for a night a couple of months ago. But I'd have to be plain retarded to get drunk and **** it up and then return it like nothing happened. Are you sure you want that 'tard working for you?

What color is your Z06? I raced an electron blue one Sat. night on Highway 6 between Clay and I-10. Just wondering if it was you buddy or not.

the car is still under warrantee
so i should be OK...its stock..

this guys is cool...he is a doctor, so a little chunk out of his paycheck is not going to hurt him too bad...its only a car...i let people drive my cars all the time, no big deal...
