Problably some action, seems to be alot more fun than the S/S. People actually race.
We race on the S/S just depends on who comes out. I have been to TC before and had the same thing happen everyone standing around talking and no racing so it just depends on the night and the crowd etc... I have to work in the morning so if I go I will not stay late for sure. I may vist for a while. I'll see how I feel after I get off of work.

well I cant drive my car tonight, I cant get the pilot bearing out of the end of the crankshaft. got the clutch out and everything but that damn bearing is stuck in there
Any tips, I allready searched... Im using a bearing slide hammer and it just tears the bearing apart and bends the lip of it, but it hasent budged. Ive been spraying penetrating oil too.
I dont want to do the grease/TP method, maybe drill it out? Im going to try that after another corona

Iv'e done it with the slide hammer and I have also done it with a screw driver and a hammer LOL! Just keep on it and drill it out if you have to shouldn't be that hard of material so should go before you do any damage to the crank if you are a little off center etc... Sorry wish I had more for ya I am just not there to do it for you.

Well Ive totally changed the subject of this post... but i finally got that damn bearing out this afternoon. I borrowed a friends bearing puller from his car shop, it was the kind with the two arms that press against the flywheel/crankshaft while the inner part pulls out (I was using the autozone puller slide hammer before which couldnt prduce enough steady force I guess). I turned the nut and the thing came out like nothing.

So I finnished up the clutch and tranny install and I bleed the lines, but I started it up and couldnt get it into gear so Im going to re bleed tomorrow

I feel pretty good, did the whole thing myself (my friend came over to help me pull/lift the tranny out) in my garage with no power tools, only ratchets! Actually I fell extremely sore and tired

Sounds like you did a fairly good job one thing I like to do is bleed the slave/master before I install them. You can get to the bleeder easy and I put a vacum pump on it and then after it is bled I disconnect the line and install the slave on the trany reinsstall and then just connect them agina and it is done. I have never had much luck doing it the car so hope you get it most can so I am sure you can good luck.
