Default 91 Accord problem

I bought a beater to hold me over until my new motor is ready. The problem is if the car sits out in the sun and get hot inside, it will not start until I open the doors and windows to cool it off? The guy I bought it from warned me about this but I can't figure out what it might be as I've never heard of such a thing. I talked to someone and they told me it was the distributor and the inside temp of the car was just a coinsidence. I've tested this several times and its definately when the interior gets hot. Could it be a fuel sensor somewhere in the cab? If I leave the windows down and the winshield visor on, it starts almost every time. I'll only have it for another two weeks but my younger sister will be owning it next.

I had the same problem with 91 accord daily driver and it was a relay.
It's located under the dash by the drivers side a pillar.
It costs 75.00 from the dealer.
