anyone have lugnuts and lug nut covers that will work on chrome zr1's?

They are cheap from SLP brand new as a kit. Just make sure yours a genuine GM and not replicas. I ordered a set over night from SLP and tuned out they they won't fit down the lugs holes on the copies. If yours are the same as mine just get 3/4 hex bulge acorn and your golden.
