Default Wheel Guru's...?

Will a 315 BFG/Nitto Drag Radial fit a 10.5" wheel okay? I know they do fine on my 11" wheels.

What should the BS (back spacing) be for a 10.5" wheel for our F-Bodies? I want the flush look like my 17x11's are with the rear fender...I'm too frigin' lazy to pull the wheel in my hot *** garage when I can sit right here in the A/C and try to find out.

Found a set of wheels...10.5" rear with 7 5/8" back spacing. That would leave almost 3" out from the hub face...I don't think thats enough to be flush with the rear fender??

Not sure if this would work as I think I need close to a 4" front spacing from the hub for it too look like the 17x11's I have on now being flush with the rear fender lip...

Who has had some custom wheels built that are 10.5's or 11's? Whats the BS on your wheels? Thanks!

I know that a 315 nitto will fit on a 10.5 wheel. I have a set of 315's on a set of stock
10 spoke SS wheels.

Yup you'll just get the little bulge on the sides on prob.
I JUST stuck a set of Nitto 555r 315's on a stock 03 cobra wheel (9.5w). Your 10.5 will look pretty clean with it. Have them check to see if the tire/wheel clears all the susp./brakes though. That 03 cobra tire was close to a bolt.

Hey DJ just give SJM manufacturing a call and ask them what the back spacing used to be on your old Bogarts should be the same.

Yeh Jeff I have that...The Bogarts were 10" wide with a 7.25" BS. The wheels I'm looking at are 10.5" and have a 7 5/8" BS. Just not sure if there is enough (front spacing) from the hub face to the fender to make it look like I want it to. Guess I'll have to pull off my 17x11's and do some measurin'...I want the flush look with the rear fender like my 11's do just not sure if these wheels I'm lookin' at will give me that with the 7 5/8" BS it has. So that's almost 3" (front space) just not sure if thats enough.

I would be interested to know the correct back spacing for the back and the front for the wheel to look more flush.
