So he drove up with a note that said "hook a ***** up" and drove off with that much. Arent those windows bulletproof in the first place, maybe not just what I had thought. So is it considered robbery by handing a note that they didnt say was threatening and the dumb bitch gave him all the money, it would be funny if the charges got dropped due to the tellers stupidity.
no ****!!! what a dumbass! if anything i would be talking **** to the robber. i think i might go try that and see if we have some dumbasses like that in houston. lol

if i'm not mistaken, tellers are trained to comply with robbers' demands, regardless of whether they are in a glass booth, or inside, or wherever, and also regardless of whether a weapon is shown or implied or not. so she did the job she was trained to do in such a situation.
it doesn't really matter to the bank, because it is insured by the government....if they're robbed, they get the money back, regardless. so they are more worried about keeping their employees alive than protecting the money.
all that aside, that is some pretty funny ****. in a small town near where i live (and where i used to go to school), some robbers did the same thing. they drove up to the drive-up window (not a tube-style drive up, more like the type where they have the sliding metal tray) and robbed the bank. they were caught and did their time, but when they got out, they did it at the same bank AGAIN!! and got caught AGAIN!!
