New Trans Am lover. Hey fellas, my boyfriend drives a 2000 ta and i absolutly love the car. He has a bunch of stuff done and its really loud. He always talks about this site and if i want to learn about cars i should join. So i finally did. So help me out guys.

Well guys, when he talks with his friends i feel totality lost. I don't want to feel lost anymore. I want to be one of those cool car girls. I just talked to my bf and he said that his car as long tube something off road something else, gears, lid, throttle body, and a ls6 something. Help me guys!!!

best thing to do is read. If you want to learn bolt-ons(exhaust, intake, etc..) go to the external engine forum and browse, read posts. If you want to learn internals (cam, valvetrain, etc..) then go the internal engine forum and read. You will learn by experience so ditch what you are drivving and slip into an f-body.

Personally, I think this site may be too advanced. A lot of this stuff is LS1 specific, and it seems like you want to learn about cars in general. Heres a site that I go to when I dont know something.
