Question Strange Problem

Well it was wet out today and since i just got my WS6 about 2 weeks ago i had not yet tried to get my rear wheels into a nice little spin. So i reached for the TCS switch turned it off and tried to get a small burnout going. Well i tried to start it with the accelerator to the floor and light on the brake pedal and i just slowly creeped forward. I kept increasing brake pressure slowly till ( i didnt watch the tac) i stalled it.

Then i look down and the TCS light is back on. What the hell! I checked the fuse, not that that would likely be the problem since nothing is that easy, and the TCS fuse is just fine. So it seems i have a nice little light that does nothing but keep me from getting scared of the dark.

So could it be a wiring problem, surely the thing isnt supposed to turn itself on even when you flip it off?
Can i just bypass the TCS system with some wire and creativeity?
or do i need to get some tuning done to get rid of the TCS permanently?

and if i need tuning where can i just get this single thing fixed for cheep in DFW?

if the engine died and you started it back up the TCS should reset back on again, is this what happened?
