plan on moving to Houston

i plan on moving to tx in january to go to S.A.M! i was wondering what i would be looking foward to on rent for a house. either close to the school or in spring. all help is appreciated!! i dont want to have a roomate unless i absouletly have 2!!

for a new house.. or older house?? that aint ****.. lol.. out here at least 900-1000 for a somewhat nice place. i could live with 600!! its gonna suck.. not knowin anyone.. but ill meet some people pretty quick i think!! definetly some ladies!! i cant wait

You can probaly get a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom 1970 trailer out in the country for $600
