Ok well my next problem is, when i tried the powerwasher the night it happened white specs spread across the entire car. And they dried the next day. I'm afraid to use any kind of laquer thiner or anything like tha ton paint and I really dont wanna have to reclaybar my car all over again and get the 6+ coats of wax off.
Any suggestions? Or can I use laquer thiner?

Use an industrial sand blaster, that outta take care of those pesky paint speckles.
