To really find out who is the better rapper, you would have to base it off record sells. With that said if you are judging Paul Wall and Chamill. I would say Paul Wall takes it. To be truthful i wouldn't buy either of their CD's, I may take the time to burn it 
to listen to it. In my book neither of them measure up to a BUN B/PIMP C, Jay Z, Scarface, Pac....
