I believe it.. My friends car (1badv6) Ran very strong with just basic bolt ons and he could beat tons of people that should have waxed his ***.
the car made like 360/360, and he could drive..

Treat them right, and they'll guard you for life. Mine is 8 now, smart as hell, and very fun around other people. Most people will be scared of them, because of their size, and their jaws, but they are normally the nicest, but rather playful you can get. Hope yours doesnt snore like mine, he can keep the neighbors up.
Oh, and watch your eyes when playing with him, they aren't called Boxers for no reason.... I know...

And DFW People???Houston has way more drag cars..My car is not a drag car by far, I drive it everywhere. The best time I have ran untuned is 7.28@94 with a 1.58 60' thats not a drag car!!!
