I am a very die hard AGGIE fan Whoop, Gig'em
After the tough loss against Clemson I agree with TEX Z that the Aggies are still a good team and have a chance for a good season and good shot in the Big Twelve. Its very optimistic but it is better to lose early than late. Maybe this loss will center the aggs and make them wake up and stop buying into their own hype. I believe they will be ok. It was a very exciting week in College football and Thank God it is here!!!

jdawgs, What does TCU being a top 10 team two years ago have anything to do with 2005?

your aggys have played their share of cream puffs in the past and have a ridiculously wimpy non-conference schedule next year. atm hasn't exactly played the toughest non-conference teams in the past, so you don't really have an argument. Now with the strength of schedule out of the BCS formula there is really no incentive for teams with a legitimate shot at playing for the national championship to play tough non-conference games.

BTW, at least Texas beats ULa La (formerly USL), unlike atm who lost to that "powerhouse" in 1996. It should help the aggys morale this weekend knowing that they can't lose since they have an off-week. They'll need it to put a gameplan in place for those next two monster teams in SMU and Texas State. You never know though. Any team that could manage to lose to Baylor could sure find a way to lose one of those games, lol.

BTW, Tennessee just scored again on aggy!

i guess its a credibility thing, you know, TCU is still under the same coaching they had 2 yrs ago, the base is still there, and they were hoping for TCU to have a better year the next year, but they tanked.
