Actually, all of the black & tan's I've had were Guiness and Bass. The key to topping it off is the shamrock in the foam. That's primarily what I drink when travelling in Canada.
My everyday drinking beer is Shiner Light (Shiner Boch if light isn't available). When fishing and drinking all day and all night, it's Lonestar because it's only $11-12 a case. .

Depends on the style I feel in the mood for.
Belgian? St Bernardus Abt 12
Hoppy? Dogfish Head 90-Minute IPA
Ale? North Coast Brewing Co Old Stock Ale
Stout? North Coast's Old Rasputin Russian Imperial
Porter? Fuller's London
Liquid Raspberry Nerds? Lindemans Framboise Raspberry Lambic
Tripel? Victory's Golden Monkey
Bock? Paulaner Salvator
There's more to beer than that A-B, Coors, or Miller junk.
And my latest trip to the store (today) netted some Sierra Nevada Bigfoot, another 4- of the DFH 90-minute, some Ommegang Hennepin, and some Fuller's ESB.
mmmmm, beeeeerrrrrrr.....
