I read this when i first woke up and i thought the article was saying that the company drops this powder and creates hurricanes and what not. HA HA HA, man it was just not time for me to get out of bed i guess.
I took a class at UTD called Weather & Climate, Ron Jackson from channel 4 was the teacher and i remember him talking about that stuff. Very cool class and Ron Jackson is probably the best teacher i have had at that school. <---ironic

The gov't has used the weather in experiments of "weather warfare" or whatever you call it. Back in the 60s or 70s, although they deny it. So I'm sure they can do something to counter the hurricanes, etc. that we are having.
