Always secure your wireless connection.

15 hours from Pearland to Austin! Unreal experience. Hopefully, it was a wasted trip.

Password it through your hub.

I "utilize" other's systems all day long because of this...

Not wireles phone, wireless ethernet connection. Someone in my mother-in-law's neighborhood has broadband and a wireless router, so I have internet access.

War driving? or I guess it would be like War trafficing.

You would be surprised at how many people leave the default password "default" as their only protection for their network. Oh well, they will just have to learn the hard way.

Good to see that you are safe.

PM sent. I might be getting together with some old college buddies tonight, but it looks like I'll be around for a few days. I am without the BCoD, but it would still be fun to get together and mingle.

Took me 3 hours just to get from Dairyashford to Mason, said **** it and headed back home. I dont think my dog or gas would have lasted till Austin, Blazer stayed at 210* the entire time though.

I had to leave to take a motor to a customer in ODessa so I missed the fun filled wind storm down there, did any business take any damage from the wind ? Since I was up here I am staying at my g/f's and the traffic here seems like Houston proper alot of vehichles on the road. All in all I guess people just wanted to be safe than sorry especially after Katrina and the whole N.O. ordeal. Anyway hope everyones good and nobody had to much damage from the wind see you boys next week.

30 hrs total here. had to turn around to alexandria LA after i idled in traffic from 9:00 to 4:00am on 290.

My car made it till right before beaumont. I really hope it is ok. It stayed cool till it overheated while waiting for gas. It is in a pretty safe place away from the city on the southwest side. (kinda on the way back to winhee) Robert i know what you mean about sore clutch foot.

Update, called remote location were my car is parked and they said it was ok. Being it was right near beaumont I was trippin out. So apparently god or the higher force wanted my car to keep on. I consider myself lucky.
