i made a claim, there going to "investigate", i hope she has insurance so i dont have to pay for ****, but if something happens to her car, she'll know it was me, shes such a bitch tho , i was scared to leave my car outside last night, i thought someone was going to **** it up, especially when i went to the back and noticed the light was off, and my car was in the dark, someone turned the light off, that light as never been off

For some long term fun, get a few slices of stinky cheese and hide them under her floormats, under her seats, etc.... Hell, just get drunk and puke in her car, that will smell nice for a couple months!

Man dude, that sucks.
What the hell is she thinking? If she causes it, she should pay for it. If anything, her dad should be the one shelling out the money since his daughter obviously can't handle driving a car.
They are probably pissed because they think your inflating the estimate cost for the car.

look in her glove box, and see if she has her insurance ID .. if she does, get her policy #, call the company and file a claim. if she doesn't have any .. take the registration and year sticker off her tag .. that will get her pulled over, and they will nail her if she has no insurance. plus, you won't be liable for any damage.

You've done the right thing by filing a claim against her insurance. The second thing you need to do is file the blue form. Thirdly, tell your insurance company EXACTLY what happened AFTER you file the blue form. Her insurance company will now investigate the accident and will probably try to lowball/jack you in some way. This is why you should contact YOUR insurance company because you want them to fight for you with their high powered litagation teams and hugh manpower. Be patient, this will all work out! Do not do anything to damage her car until you've left and several weeks have passed. This will stop her from saying you intentionally damaged her property and get your azz in a world of trouble. Several weeks later, you are in the free and clear and take some brake fluid and eggs for the paint and a nice long bladed knife and rip those sidewalls out. Make her stupid *** pay for a new paint job (or higher insurance) and a whole new set of tires.

1. You dont have to move out , but im sure you want to by now. Take your time however and screw her since your not on the lease. Also if you wanna be a dick then cut the carpet and **** like that before you leave. (to make her deal with the deposit.)
2. I used to work for G.M.A.C. (gm financing) Any car that is financed is considered to be owned by the finance company, therefore they will have insurance on the car. What they will do is call to verify insurance periodicly.Once they,(the finance company) find out insurance is gone they slap their own insurance on it automaticly. So she has insurance.
3. Getting your insurance monkeys on it will be a good thing. They will hunt her **** down for you.
4. Tell her father to blow you, and tell him to leave. If he causes a scene then call the cops.
If all of the above fails then take a **** on her pillow and matress.
