I would spend about $650K of it, and invest the rest.

I wouldn't really buy too many exotics, just plenty of specialty cars and musclecars. I'd just restore cars, build racecars, and have fun with them.

I take mine back I like Tony's idea

Buy a bunch of land, build a nice house, a big A/C'd shop, a few Toterhomes, and I'd go Outlaw 10.5 racing.

I'd build a skyscraper in a big city and it wouldn't have gay rules preventing you from dropping things from the top and I'd change the remainder of the money into pennies and drop them into pedestrian traffic all day long. Oh and the building would be filled with neurologists and neurosurgeons so the injured pedestrians would come to my doctor's offices to tend to their injuries and I'd have continuous revenue. I drop a penny in their head, they bring me back a couple grand. Find a bank that will do that.

Id buy a big house, with a Skating rink for my wife and a mile long oval around it. It would have a hella big garage, with room for the ten cars on my dream cars list, with a nice shop to match. Hire the best damn mechanic I could find and have him teach me everything I will ever need to know about working on em.

Id go to pilot school, get rated for jet aircraft. Buy an F-20 Tigershark. Hire a mechanic to teach me all about the upkeep on it.

Pay off my moms debt

Pay off the in-laws debt

Buy a bar for my best friend to manage.

Let the rest ride, makin me $$ while I travel the world.

Actually, if you look around enough, you can find that plane for about 1.5 mil. the rest would prolly leave me with about 30 mil to live on.

The cars would be muscle cars, I dont want a lambo, or a bentley, or anything like that, in fact there wouldnt be any that would cost me over 30k, so I think I could make it happen....

1. talk to a financial planner
2. buy a good size peice of land (50+acres) to do whatever I felt like with it. (build short track, off-road trails, shop, etc)
3. buy/build a house in a nice neighborhood with excellent schools (for the kiddo) and furnish it.
4. give money to certain family members
5. give money to some charities
6. put at least a couple hundred thousand back in an account that I would not touch (for the future; college, etc)
7. buy another 4th gen f-body for a project car
8. buy my husband and I a pair of sport bikes
9. buy some off-road toys (dirt bike, atv)
10. buy some new wheels for the daily driver
11. Get some water toys (jet skis, ski boat, wakeboard, knee board, etc)
12. go on a vacation to Lake Tahoe
13. whatever other things Clint wanted that I haven't already listed.

The list really never stops, but those are the main things off the top of my head

You'd need way more than that to have a collection like Leno has!
